As an exhibitor, take out comprehensive insurance for your trade fair participation

Insurance that covers all risks associated with your trade fair participation: transport, exhibition stand and goods, as well as employees. Trade fair and exhibition insurance consists of three components. Put together your own tailor-made insurance cover:

Trade fair stand and goods insurance

From €59.50 gross

Insurance cover for:

  • Exhibition stand and equipment

  • Goods and merchandise

  • Packaging

  • Personal property of stand personnel during set-up, dismantling and during the trade fair

Transport insurance (optional component)

Only in conjunction with exhibition stand and exhibition goods insurance

  • All-risk insurance

  • Transport insurance cover is provided from the point of departure of the goods (outbound transport) including return transport

  • Co-insurance of unscheduled storage (up to 30 days) before and after an exhibition

  • Co-insurance of goods during set-up and dismantling

Liability insurance

Only €155.65 gross per exhibition

  • Coverage of €10 million for personal injury, property damage and financial loss

  • You are insured in your capacity as an exhibitor

  • Your employees (your own and external) are insured

  • Damage to rented property caused by fire, explosion, tap water and sewage, as well as other damage to rented buildings and their furnishings, is also insured

  • Co-insurance of risks arising from the serving of food and beverages in the exhibition areas

Accident insurance

Only €26.18 gross per person

  • Insurance cover is provided against the consequences of accidents that occur to the exhibitor and their own or external stand representatives during the official exhibition period

  • The insurance also covers direct travel to and from the place of residence or workplace, provided that these are located within the EEA.

Insurance sums:

  • €10,000 in the event of death

  • €75,000 in the event of disability (progression 225%)
